If we have received data from you, we will generally only process it for the purposes for which we received or collected it. You have provided us with your application documents. We use the information contained therein solely for the purpose of filling this position.

We also consider the application as consent to such processing (Art. 6 (1) lit a GDPR). If you no longer wish to participate in the selection process, you can revoke this consent at any time. In this case, we will no longer process your documents in the application process. In any case, your application will be deleted after completion of the procedure.

In the event of a revocation, your data will be deleted unless we are required by law to retain it further, and provided that legal action periods have elapsed. You can ask us about this retention period for your individual case at any time.

Data processing for other purposes shall only be considered if the necessary legal requirements pursuant to Art. 6 (4) GDPR are met. We will, of course, comply with any information obligations pursuant to Art. 13 (3) GDPR and Art. 14 (4) GDPR in this case.

As a matter of principle, your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the application process. The disclosure only relates to companies that provide services for us, e.g., our tax advisor or lawyer. These service providers will only use your data on our behalf and never for their own purposes.

Your personal data is processed by us exclusively in data centers in the Federal Republic of Germany.

In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require proof from you that you are the person you claim to be.
