Have you found open positions that interest you? Discovered exciting challenges that excite you? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
Submitting the following documents will facilitate the processing of your application:
- Cover letter
- CV
- Job references and training certificates
- Proof of the highest level of education
- If applicable, examples of your previous work
The following formats are allowed: .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp, and .zip files (max. 20 MB). We recommend to bundle all files into one single PDF or ZIP file.
- Read the job ad carefully and highlight the relevant skills you bring in your application.
- Create a clear and structured CV.
- Inform yourself about the company.
- Prepare questions you want to ask the interviewers.
What happens after the application?
Every applicant has different strengths and personal likes and dislikes, and we appreciate that and adjust our procedures accordingly. Nevertheless, there is a basic structure that we follow in all application processes.
As soon as we have received your documents, the first thing we will do is send you a confirmation of receipt.
Your application will be first assessed by our HR team and the respective department heads. If you are shortlisted for an interview, you will be contacted in the next step.
The number and format of the interviews you will attend will be tailored to your skills and the type of position you are applying for. In our first interview, we will introduce you to the position and the company. In addition, we would like to learn more about you and your experience and what you expect from working at MetaSystems.
If the first interview goes well, we will invite you again, and you will meet some of our employees and get to know the working environment.
If you are selected, we will send you a contract.
On your first day at MetaSystems you will get to know your environment, will be introduced to your colleagues in all departments. And, of course, you will take over your tasks and responsibilities.
If your application is no longer considered, you will be informed. While we strive to respond to your application as soon as possible, we may need more time before contacting you.
When can I expect an answer to my application?
We do our best to respond to your application as quickly as possible. You can expect a response within 5 days.
If you haven’t provided a phone number, we recommend that you occasionally check your spam folder for a response. If you haven’t heard from us after a week, please write us again to career@metasystems.de or contact us via phone.
Ooof. I made a mistake in my online application. What can I do?
Don’t worry, we are all human and we all make mistakes sometimes.
You can reply to the confirmation email you received, or write us directly to career@metasystems.de.
I have received my confirmation email. What happens next?
Can you conduct my interview online?
It is quite possible that we will first invite you to an online interview as a first get-to-know-you. Should we understand each other well, it may be that we will invite you to one or more interviews at your potential future workplace.
